Beginners course 2026

DeepFried is organizing a longform improv course in 2026, after a succesful edition in early 2025. The goal is to teach our style of improv in 9 sessions, to a small group of enthusiastic students. Experience in improv is not required, this is open to absolute beginners. The course will be fully in English, it will take place on Fridays from 19.30 to 22.00 , and be located in the city center of Antwerp.

The goal of the course is to get you familiar with:

• Observing, accepting, cooperation, building trust.
• Working together in a group.
• Creating interesting characters and locations.
• Making a meaningful story.
• Enhancing creativity, alertness, reflexes, memory.
• Being present and comfortable on stage.

Price for the full course is €195, to be paid after email confirmation that the course will take place (6 participants). Included in the package is free access to 3 of our shows in 2026 (you will be put on the guestlist as soon as payment for the course is received).

Update Dec 28 - 2025: We have reached our limit of registrations and the course will certainly take place. You can still use the linked form to signup for the waitinglist. If someone drops out then we will contact the people in the waiting list. Once we publish our signup page for the next course, the people in the waiting list that didn't made it to the current course, will be the first to be informed.
