For our regular 20:00 shows, the doors and bar usually open at 19:30. Arriving early leaves time to collect a drink and find a seat.
The bar serves beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea. You can get a drink before the show and during the break. You can take your drinks inside the theatre.
Regular shows run for about two hours: two improvised stories of roughly 45 minutes, with an interval in between.
Zirkus, our main show venue, is accessible by wheelchair. Both the bar and theatre room can be entered by wheelchair, with dedicated spaces along the side of the audience. We’ll invite wheelchair users in a little earlier, so there is plenty of time to get comfortably into place. Contact us at deepfriedimpro@gmail.com for practical questions.
Shows are performed in English and improvised live from audience suggestions. Most suggestions are simply called out from your seat. Occasionally, we invite a few volunteers on stage to help set up a physical suggestion before we begin the story.
